A work group has been formed to research Key Performance indicators (KPI's) and benchmarking data.  Currently David Sandloop, Jennifer Stieffenhofer, and Stephanie Suter are heading up the effort, but they are looking for additional volunteers to assist as the group goes forward into researching currently available data, as well as, likely generating its own research.  To date, there have have been no responses received to the original post, and this project will require a few additional members to set up and assist.  Contact David Sandloop at [email protected] or (757) 263-1167 if you are interested.
